WHAT ARE MEDICAL TATTOOS?
Medical Tattooing also known as Paramedical Tattooing is a tattoo technique used to restore natural skin tones, features, and skin irregularities. It addresses concerns such as scarring, hair loss, and skin imperfections.
Camouflaging scars and stretch marks, reducing the appearance of scarring, creating realistic 3D nipples and areolas, and transforming scalps with the look of dense hair.
In 2027 our in-person courses are 3D Areola Tattooing (4 days, including our online Areola Drawing Course free) and Scar & Stretch Mark Camouflage (2 or 3 days), plus Scalp Micropigmentation. Our Belly Button Drawing Course is coming soon.

Cosmetic and medical tattooist since 2013, with 10 years' experience working alongside surgeons, doctors and nurses. Shelby holds the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and owns Restore in Burleigh Heads.
Realism Artist & Medical Expert
Melinda Kropp
Realism tattoo artist and medical tattooist, with a background in fine-art drawing and trauma-informed care. Melinda holds the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and runs two studios in Toowoomba.
